In providing review services, Dr. Nelson analyzes medical records and performs thorough evaluations in order to determine diagnosis, cause, prognosis, permanence of injuries, and whether the current treatment or treatments provided to an individual is appropriate. When questions arise regarding the delivery, appropriateness, or necessity of care, Dr. Nelson makes educated treatment suggestions.
